We want you to be completely satisfied with your Leonisa purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel items may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
